
Held at Nicosia, Cyprus under the theme “CELEBRATE 2.0 – Two Decades of STEAM-Powered Inspiration”, and funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, the European Researchers Night displayed wireless communication experiments by Charilaos Angelides in the University of Cyprus booth where the theme was“Future Communication Technologies: Quantum Computing and Wireless Power Transfer.”, showcasing where QUESTING is aimed to be used.
Visitors ranging from students and academics to industry professionals who come to this event taking place annually all over Europe with over 350 cities. The demonstration covered optimization in wireless power allocation and energy-scheduling. It also, drew the attention to the possibility of channel conditions affecting signal power which is important regarding interference and resource allocation.
